What would Christmas look like after the end of the world? Join us at Barnton Bunker on the evening of the 7th of December 2024 for a festive celebration in a nuclear bolthole.
We’ll be gathering in the subterranean, concrete-lined war room for an open mic where we’ll share songs and stories from before the apocalypse. It being a special occasion, the quartermaster has put together some extra special Christmas ration packs. And, although there are hardly any trees left out there… we managed to get one! And it’s almost alive!
We’ve also turned the radio room studio into a festive Santa’s Grotto. If you’re brave enough to enter you may just receive a special mystery gift from the limited supply we were able to scavenge.
There’ll also be an opportunity to explore the bunker and learn about its history, as well as a short screening of some very entertaining civil defence materials.
